BRICKS COMMENDATION FOR DERE STREET HOMES
Durham-based developer Dere Street Homes Ltd’ The Paddock development at Cleasby near Darlington, was highly commended in the Development of the Year category at the LABC ‘The Bricks’ event in London on 15 October.
The awards, hosted by TV star Alexander Armstrong, recognise and reward the exceptional work of registered developers and contractors who go the extra mile, regardless of size, to deliver quality in construction and design. With over 3,000 eligible sites, it is a great achievement to have been shortlisted as one of the 3 finalists.
The Paddock development at Cleasby consisted of just two, five bedroom detached homes and two, four bedroom semi-detached homes in a traditional rural setting.
