Something Special at Wynyard

Dere Street Homes’ sales staff are looking forward to a busy weekend with the opening of the Sales Centre at their prestigious Wynyard Rise development .

The County Durham developer’s Wynyard Rise development will consist of 64 luxury four, five and six bedroom detached homes with prices of the first phase starting from £490,000.
