COVID-19 – Return to Work

We are pleased to inform you that construction has now reopened across our developments and we are working closely with our subcontractors to manage a safe and hygienic environment upon their return.

Health and Safety

Health and Safety is our top priority as well as the wellbeing of our colleagues, subcontractors and you, members of the public.  We have introduced new strict working procedures on site to help limit the spread of coronavirus.

Some of our Head Office staff and Development Sales Managers are still working from a home environment, we apologise in advance if you occasionally hear children, dogs bark or TV playing in the background whilst we take your calls.

We are looking to open our sales centres and show homes by introducing an appointment only basis.  If you would like to book in an appointment please contact us in the usual way via telephone or email.  Maximum of 2 people from the same household.  Contact details for each development are listed on the contact us page.

Customers wanting to buy or already in the process of purchasing your new home

If you are in the process of purchasing your new home during this period of uncertainty, our Development Sales Managers will be in regular contact to keep you updated on progress.  If the measures we have put in place due to the Covid-19 leads to any delays in completions, rest assured we will be in touch to discuss this with you.  I hope you understand during these uncertain times any potential delay is out of our control, although disappointing, the safety and wellbeing of Dere Street Homes staff, subcontractors and you, the public is our main concern.  Any new reservations can be made via telephone or email, details for each development are listed on the contact us page.

Customer Care

We are taking extra precautions to avoid unnecessary contact and will therefore be postponing all non-urgent customer care appointments, visits, inspections and maintenance repairs until further notice. Please bear with us over this difficult time as we will need to see how this delivers over the coming weeks. All non-urgent customer care items will be dealt with in due course.
